• Fill this form
• Make sure you have a copy of your passport or ID card and your spouce's (if exists) one as well
• Call regional court of conversion and make sure they submit your request 
•  Apper at interview with your non criminal record and good reccomendations
• Hopefully recieve coommittee's approval to start conversion classes
• Study full course
• Appear at second interview for committee
• Hopefully recieve committee's approval for final court hearing
• Finally appear in front of court of conversion
• Uppon their approval:
  
  • Circumsicion for men
  • Marriage registration for couples
  • Dipping in the mikvah
  • Wedding for couples
