How to prepare for the first meeting with court of conversion
- Pepare a photo of your Israeli ID – front, back and annex. Try to concilidate into one file. Do the same for spouse.
- Fill this form in Hebrew.
- If you have a Jewish spouse it's cinsidered single conversion. If youa re both converting it's a couple converting.
- For Israeli citizens no need to upload passport.
- Upload your Israeli ID.
- Upon completing you will recieve a validation number please save it. You are also supposed to recive an email with the validation number.
- Order or print the "Tamzit Rishum" (תמצית רישום) registry extract from Israeli population and immigration authority. See example here.
- Best is to go to self service machines placed primarily in superpharms. On the third screen check all information boxes, so all information is printed on the document.
- You can also go physically to the ministry and get it – without ordering an appoitment in advance. Ask for all details to appear.
- You can order the document via this form on, on third screen check all boxes so all details appear. It will take a couple of weeks for it to reach your address.
- Do not download from your personal government internet site – it doesn't have all the required details.

- For Jewish spouse – validation of Jewish status is required:
- If their parents married in Israel, their marriage certificate will be sufficient. It appears in the personal section of the government site as well as in the Rabbanut they registered.
- If the spouces Jewish Parents married abroad it may be necessary to obtain a validation from the regional rabbinic court.
- Our team will coordinate a meeting with the court of conversion. Please let us know you are ready with form and registry extract. Jewish validation can also be added later.
